** A default selection of wines will be chosen if no customization is made online ahead of time. An email will be shared 2-4 weeks in advance to prompt members to login and make their selections.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Terms of Membership: Members receive up to 4 allocations per year. By joining, you agree to the terms of service and one-year commitment to take advantage of the club benefits. Meierstone Vineyards will charge the credit card on file approximately two weeks before the allocation date. Wine purchases are non-refundable. Members that choose shipping understand there will be a shipping fee and an adult signature is required. Deliveries may be postponed due to extreme heat or cold weather. Members will be notified of any delays. Undeliverable shipments returned will be charged for reshipping, and if an order has been canceled or refused, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Members who select pickup understand that they have 30 days to pick up their wine after notification. Orders not picked up in that period will be shipped and shipping charges will be applied. Membership is held by an individual. A secondary member listed on the form can also use the benefits included. We hope you remain wine club members for years to come; however, in the event you decide to pause or cancel your membership, please send an email to: info@meierstonevineyards.com. By joining our wine club you understand that a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if the membership is canceled before three allocations have been processed. Meierstone Vineyards reserves the right to change or update Membership policies.
